Start with the problem
You do not need to know which service you need.
Tell us what is happening. Heartstone will help determine the right level of involvement.
“My builder is not finishing the house.”
When schedules slip, punch lists grow, accountability disappears, or the project is drifting toward an ugly closeout.
“I need someone on my side who understands construction.”
Independent eyes in the field, clear information, stronger follow-through, and one knowledgeable point of control for the owner.
“The system should work. It does not.”
Technical troubleshooting across structure, electrical, mechanical, envelope, controls, specialty systems, and field conditions.
“I want it checked before it disappears.”
A deliberate pre-insulation and close-in review of the work that will soon be concealed by insulation and drywall.
Why Heartstone exists
Beautiful Homes Require More Than Project Administration.
Luxury construction needs someone on the project who understands how the entire house actually comes together.
Too often, projects are managed through schedules, budgets, meetings, and documentation without enough practical field understanding. Individual trades focus on their own scopes. One decision becomes another trade's problem. The project keeps moving until those decisions collide at the finished surface.
Heartstone closes that gap by bringing practical construction judgment back into project leadership.
“A luxury home is not a collection of independent scopes. It is one finished product.”

362 Open Items → Keys in Six Weeks.
A distressed Georgetown project did not need more meetings. It needed ownership of the details.
Heartstone organized the deficiencies, coordinated the trades, drove corrections, and moved the project through inspection and final completion.

The Component Was Replaced. The Problem Remained.
The K-valve had already been replaced. The replacement still would not engage. The valve was never the root problem.
On a brand-new alternative septic system, the contractor, engineer, and county had all been involved. The system still did not work. Heartstone traced the problem to the way pressure and flow were being controlled, corrected the operating logic, and got the system functioning without another unnecessary component replacement.

Founder led. Field driven.
Practical Construction Judgment Back in Project Leadership.
Heartstone is founder-led, but not built around one person's ability to do everything.
Clients work with Connor Romanzo Bertoldo as a clear point of leadership while Heartstone coordinates the skilled tradespeople, engineers, designers, specialty contractors, vendors, and technical experts the project actually needs.
The objective is simple: understand the house deeply enough to see the problem early, assemble the right people, make expectations clear, and keep the project moving toward one finished product.

The Best Time to Find a Hidden Problem Is While It Is Still Visible.
“The wall cavity is the last moment when the house tells you everything.”
A focused close-in review gives the owner one deliberate inspection window to document and challenge concealed work before finishes make correction disruptive and expensive.
